Each team member at ChicTeeShirts brings a unique expertise and shared passion for culture, creativity, and sustainability. Together, we’re more than colleagues—we’re collaborators on a mission to empower women around the world, one tee at a time.
Marcus Lee – Head of Design

A graphic artist trained at the Rhode Island School of Design, Marcus blends bold color theory with hand-drawn motifs. He leads our in-house studio, mentoring a small collective of freelance illustrators and ensuring that every tee carries a distinctive, high-impact look.
Emma Chen – Founder & Creative Director

With a background in cultural anthropology and a lifelong passion for fashion, Emma launched ChicTeeShirts in 2022 to bridge the gap between heritage art and modern wardrobes. She oversees every aspect of the brand—from curating global inspirations to vetting sustainable suppliers—and is the driving force behind our “Design for Good” campaigns.
David Kim – Operations & Logistics

David ensures that every order—whether it’s a single custom-print tee or a wholesale shipment—arrives on time and intact. With expertise in international shipping regulations and carbon-offset logistics, he balances speed, cost, and sustainability to meet customer expectations.
